除了怀孕最前三个月和最后2个月，中间的几个月是可以做爱的，切记注意几条
1.卫生，注意性交前一定要洗干净，还有不要把手伸进阴道了，毕竟万一损伤，容易造成细菌感染的
2.注意体位，不要压迫肚子，侧体位最好，还有这时候就不要来回变换体位了
3.插入不要过深，动作不能过大，还有不要玩乳头，容易引起宫缩的

不过如果有先兆性流产，习惯性流产史，妊娠高血压等问题的话，送一个字“忍”
