积分和金钱变少了什么原因？

我的积分我记得是一分，怎么这段时间变0分了？还有金钱也减了，不知是哪里做错了，短消息也没用提示，麻烦管理员解答下！谢谢了

终于明白了原因，那是不是我就不能下载东西了?怎样下载不扣分呢？扣分制度哪里有介绍请指教！再次感谢了
