我这样做对吗？

我是一个25岁的人了，现在不知道什么时候迷恋上了网上激情聊天，不视频，只玩文字，靠文字的强烈刺激获得快感，喜欢上了这种感觉，欲罢不能，说起来惭愧，靠意淫达才能到高潮，不知道有和一样的人没有，这样下去我怕自己就废了，各位兄弟有什么建议啊，敬请回复。
